- 2 chicken breasts
- 30 ml olive oil
- 40 g butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 300 ml double cream
- 120 g fresh parmesan, grated
- 5 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
- 15 g fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
